I just want to thank you for the time and explanations you worked on with me for my flight, and the travel insurance aspects, too. The trip was phenomenal, bordering on mystical fairy tale spiritual events. Budapest and Prague were wonderful experiences...beautiful old cities of marvelous intact architecture and history, despite the traces of the flooding in Prague. Again, thank you for your support and time.

Dear Mike and David, I just had to write a note to tell you how much Ed & I enjoyed our Italy trip - the price, hotels, food , tour guide, everything was excellent! We have traveled for many years, not as extensively as many people, but have used many travel agencies, tour groups, and cruise lines and must tell you that "Personalized Travel" tops the list - it does what the name implies - a very caring, attentive group, excellent rates. Our only regret is that we did not find out about you much earlier - we are now in our 80's and traveling is limited - but we'll continue to sing your praises to anyone who mentions travel!"

Dear Paul, So far, so good! We're enjoying the Infinity cruise and are delighted with the cabin on the ship's stern. It has a tremendous deck and where we spend hours admiring the sensational scenery of Alaska!

Loved the trip...you were so right...it was just enough. Not too much, not too little. The guys at Above and Beyond are a class act and take good care of everyone. Do you have their email so we can thank them directly. We will definitely be going back....what other Australian tours are you lining up for next year?
